Restorative Yin Yoga  

Restorative Yin Yoga is a return to center. Physically, yin yoga targets our connective tissues, which includes our bones, joints, ligaments, cartilage and the deep facial networks of the body. Yin is a slow-paced stretching practice where poses are held to soften the muscles, soothe the nervous system, slow down the pace of life, relax the mind, purify the body, and nourish the spirit. 


Kriya Yoga

Kriya Yoga is one of the limbs of Kundalini yoga and is known as the practice of awareness. Therapeutic tools of Kriya yoga include, asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), mantras (a heartfelt statement repeated frequently), and meditation to relax the body, clear the mind, and open the heart. 


Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a practice of gentleness in which postures are performed while seated or in support of a chair. 


Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra — or yogic sleep is a powerful, ancient meditative technique used for deep relaxation. You are completely relaxed on the physical level but the mind remains alert. It’s a self aware from of sleep. Yoga Nidra is a profound practice and with practice can lead you to a pathway of freedom and a deeper connection to the source of your highest, truest calling.


Chakras — or energy wheels are designed to keep you in balance. It is our internal guidance system. A higher order into the window of our soul that provides signals for us to understand where we are out of balance. There are seven centers of spiritual power in the human body that run along the spine.
